The Wallowa project contains an old farm-style house on a property originally platted as four city lots. Working Homes acquired the property in September 2023 and began repairing and improving the existing five-bedroom two-bathroom house. We will build a second two-bedroom, one-bath home in the spring of 2024 through a partnership with Hacienda CDC. We anticipate building another small home in 2025. We are assessing market demand for owner-occupied and rental housing to determine the best use of this housing. We are seeking additional development funds to complete improvements to the farmhouse, site improvements, and funding for the second new home's design and construction.
